We have been going to PBH for 6+ years they helped my Autistic son get his initial diagnosis, have provided follow up medication care for him. They do not take my insurance, but we continue to go here, and pay out of pocket, that should say something.
this place is amazing. Professional and very caring clinicians that work there. never heard a bad thing about this place. Thankful for places like this that take what they do seriously and go the extra mile to make a difference. the office staff is extremely attentive and timely with their response to their patients. Would never go anywhere else.
Terrible experience. Therapist told me in front of a group of other parents something particularly shocking about my child..everyone heard. As it turns out it was completely untrue, but the damage had been done The same therapist was then tasked with coming to our home , and to my child's school to do a report.as we were a bit desperate..she produced a report after numerous requests, months later ( and too late to help the pre school teacher), and it described the wrong child ( wears glasses etc), wrong name in report etc. When i complained to the practice manager about the report and the privacy issue, she just said " what do you expect me to do about it?"I should have contacted my health insurance company and the licensing Board. The whole experience was very damaging.
