Not even worth giving a Star! Made an appointment in September 2017 after providing an image of the repair required for Dec 4th, 2017. I bring it in first thing in the morning and they look at it for 5 minutes and tell me they have to get back to me to drop it off. Well here it is Dec. 8 and I have not been contacted. Gave them 2 phone numbers plus email address. They now will get none of my business due to zero customer service!

Horrible service department. I purchased a destination trailer from these people and had a few issues that needed warranty repair.. They came out twice , they were late both times and they couldn't fix any of my issues, claiming they didn't have enough time or didnt have the parts, never mind that I told them exactly what needed to be repaired ...I called the service department several times to have parts ordered in an attempt to fix issues myself and got no satisfaction from them at all. They couldn't even get parts to me. That being said, I would NOT recommend these people to anyone and I will never purchase a RV from them again.
We have purchased 4 campers from Flagg's and have been very pleased with the sale person, Patty Flagg Erickson. We have always been happy with the service but today they went above and beyond to get us on the road to start our vacation. They all are great people and worked extremely hard to repair our problem today. We are so grateful! Thanks for great service
