This is not my experience, but I've heard stories. The 1st friend said the food was 'OK', but the service was so horrendous that it made the experience terrible. Everything took a ridiculous amount of time, from ordering drinks, ordering food & receiving the food. She will not be going back.
Great staff, owners, drinks & food! Prices are also comparable & ribs are awesome!

The second is my in-laws. A prominent Massachusetts company took my in-laws to dinner, because they own another prominent Massachusetts company. They said the food was flavorless and dessert took so long to get, they actually decided to leave, instead of waiting. This was a larger function with many people.
